Walking
If you are starting from the city center, begin your journey at the Kampala Railway Station. Exit the station and head southeast on Jinja Road. Walk for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the junction with Nakivubo Channel. You will notice the busy market area around you. Continue straight until you arrive at the roundabout. From the roundabout, take the second exit onto Entebbe Road. Walk for approximately 5 minutes until you reach the traffic lights at the intersection with Kira Road. Turn left onto Kira Road and continue straight for about 20 minutes. You will pass through several local shops and small eateries. Keep an eye out for street signs to help navigate. Once you reach the Kibuli Secondary Road (a right turn), make that turn and walk a few hundred meters until you see the Kibuli Old Mosque on your left. The mosque is located near Kibuli O-Level Dometry.

Public Transport (Boda Boda)
From your location, you can take a Boda Boda (motorcycle taxi) for a quick and efficient ride. If you are near the city center, tell the Boda Boda driver to take you to Kibuli Old Mosque. They will likely use the main roads, such as Jinja Road and then onto Kira Road, to reach the mosque. Make sure to agree on a fare before you start the journey. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.

Public Transport (Matatu)
If you prefer to use public transport, locate a matatu (shared minibus) heading towards Kira or Bukoto. You can find these matatus at designated stops around the city center. Board the matatu and inform the conductor you are going to Kibuli. The matatu will take you along Jinja Road, and you may need to transfer to another matatu at the Kira Junction. After switching, continue towards Kibuli. Once you get off, walk a short distance along Kibuli Secondary Road to reach the mosque, which will be on your left.
