Walking
From the center of Nakasero, head towards Kisementi. Walk along the main road, which is known for local shops and cafes. Continue straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the junction at Old Kampala Road. Turn right onto Old Kampala Road, and the Uganda National Mosque will be on your left after approximately 10 minutes of walking. Look for the large dome and minaret as your landmark.

Boda Boda (Motorcycle Taxi)
If you prefer a quicker option, you can take a boda boda from any point in Nakasero. Simply find a boda boda stage or ask your hotel to call one for you. Inform the rider you want to go to Uganda National Mosque on Old Kampala Road. The ride should take around 10 minutes and will cost approximately 5,000 to 10,000 UGX, depending on the distance and negotiation.

Walking via Public Transport
If you are near a bus stop, you can take a taxi (shared minibus) heading towards Old Kampala. Get off at the Old Kampala taxi park. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to the mosque. Head straight out of the park and walk along Old Kampala Road. The mosque will be on your right-hand side.
