Continue on Entebbe Road until you reach the junction with Jinja Road. Turn left onto Jinja Road and then take the first right onto Sir Apollo Kaggwa Road. Follow this road as it winds up the hill towards Cathedral Hill. You will see signs directing you to Namirembe Cathedral. The ride will take about 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your pace.
