If you are traveling by car from the Western Region, start your journey by heading towards the main highway, the Mbarara-Kampala Road (A-104). Follow the signs towards Kampala, which is approximately 290 km from Mbarara. The drive should take around 4-5 hours depending on traffic. Once you reach Kampala, continue straight on the A-104 until you reach the junction at Old Kampala Road. Turn onto Old Kampala Road and continue for about 2 km. Look for Plot 23, 25 on your right side, which is where Kampala City And Slum Tours is located.

Public Transportation - Bus
If you prefer public transport, head to the main bus terminal in Mbarara. Look for buses heading to Kampala. These buses typically leave every 30 minutes and the journey takes around 4-5 hours. Once you arrive in Kampala, you can take a taxi or a boda-boda (motorcycle taxi) to Old Kampala Road. Inform the driver to take you to Plot 23, 25 Old Kampala Road. The taxi fare should be around 10,000 to 20,000 UGX depending on your negotiation skills and traffic conditions.

It is approximately 2 km from the taxi park to Plot 23, 25, which should take about 20-30 minutes on foot.
