Car
From any point in Karamoja, head towards the main road connecting to the northern route towards Gulu. If you're in Moroto, take the A109 road heading north. Continue on the A109 until you reach the junction with the B66 road. Turn left onto B66, which will lead you towards Kapelebyong. After approximately 50 km, turn right onto the Bobi - Masindi Rd. Karuma Falls will be located along this road, about 14 km from the junction. Look for signs or local guidance as you approach the falls, which are marked by their stunning views.

Start at the Moroto bus park and take a bus heading towards Gulu. Ensure to inform the driver or conductor that you want to stop at Karuma Falls. The journey may take several hours, so be prepared for a longer travel time. Once you arrive at the Bobi - Masindi Rd junction, you may need to hire a local motorcycle taxi (boda-boda) or walk approximately 14 km to reach the falls. Negotiate the fare with the boda-boda rider beforehand; the cost should range between 10,000 to 20,000 UGX depending on the distance and your bargaining skills.
