From any point in Karamoja, head towards the main road connecting to the northern route towards Gulu. If you're in Moroto, take the A109 road heading north. Continue on the A109 until you reach the junction with the B66 road. Turn left onto B66, which will lead you towards Kapelebyong. After approximately 50 km, turn right onto the Bobi - Masindi Rd.
