Once you arrive at the bus terminal, you can catch a shared taxi or a bus heading towards Jinja. The journey from Lira to Jinja is about 4-5 hours. Upon reaching Jinja, ask for directions to the Speke Memorial Monument, which is located near the shores of Lake Victoria.
