From Gulu, take the Gulu-Kampala highway (A1) heading south. Continue for approximately 100 km until you reach Bweyale. At Bweyale, turn left onto the Masindi road (B60) and continue for about 50 km until you reach Masindi town. From Masindi, follow the signs to Murchison Falls National Park, which is about 30 km away. Be prepared for a dirt road towards the park entrance. The total drive time is approximately 3-4 hours, depending on road conditions.

From Gulu, head to the main bus terminal and take a bus heading to Kampala. Once in Kampala, transfer to another bus that goes to Masindi. The journey from Gulu to Kampala takes about 5 hours, and the bus ride from Kampala to Masindi takes approximately 3-4 hours. Upon reaching Masindi, you can hire a taxi or a motorcycle (boda-boda) to take you to the Murchison Falls National Park entrance, which is about 30 km away. Ensure to confirm the fare with the driver beforehand.
