If you're traveling by car, make your way to Gulu, which is a central hub in the Northern Region. From Gulu, head southeast on the Gulu-Kampala Road (A109) for about 27 kilometers. You will pass through the towns of Koro and then continue towards the W933+CWM coordinates. Look for local landmarks for navigation, and use GPS for precise location guidance. Upon reaching the coordinates (1.903582, 32.354812), you'll find TYEN OLUM, a historical landmark. Ensure you have a map or GPS app ready as local signage may not be extensive.

To reach TYEN OLUM via public transportation, start by taking a bus or shared taxi from Gulu heading towards Kampala. Get off at the Koro junction. From there, you can hire a motorcycle taxi (boda-boda) for the remaining distance to W933+CWM. The boda-boda ride will typically cost around 10,000 to 15,000 UGX, so make sure to negotiate the price beforehand. The journey from Koro to the landmark is approximately 10 kilometers, and the motorbike will take you directly to TYEN OLUM.
