From Queen Elizabeth National Park, drive on the main road towards Semuliki National Park. After approximately 2 hours, you will reach the turnoff for Semuliki National Park. Follow the signs towards Sempaya Hot Springs. The road leading to the hot springs is unpaved and can be rough, so drive carefully. Once you reach the parking area, you will need to hike a short distance to reach the Sempaya Female hot springs.

Public Transportation
From Queen Elizabeth National Park, you can take a local bus or matatu towards Fort Portal. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the Semuliki National Park turnoff. From there, you can hire a boda boda (motorcycle taxi) to take you to the Sempaya Female hot springs. The boda boda ride may be bumpy, so be prepared for a rough journey. Once you reach the parking area, you will need to hike a short distance to reach the hot springs.
