After disembarking the bus at Bathampton, exit the bus stop and head towards the main road (Bathampton High Street). Walk along Bathampton High Street until you reach the fork in the road. Take the left fork onto Warminster Road, which leads towards the meadows. Continue walking until you see signs for National Trust Bathampton Meadows. It should be a pleasant walk through the countryside, taking approximately 15-20 minutes.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from various bike hire services around Bath. From the city center, cycle towards Bathampton along the designated cycle paths.
