From Reading, take the A329(M) towards the M4, then merge onto the M4. Exit at Junction 12 for the A4 towards Theale. Continue on the A4, then take the A33 towards Oxford. Merge onto the A34 and follow signs for Oxford. Once in Oxford, follow the A420 towards Swindon. Take the exit for Iffley towards Church Way. Follow Church Way until you reach Iffley Lock, which will be on your left. Parking may be available nearby, but check for local parking restrictions.

Travel by train from Reading to Oxford via Great Western Railway. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once in Oxford, exit the station and head to the bus stop. Take the Stagecoach bus number 3 towards Iffley. Alight at the Iffley Church stop and walk along Church Way to reach Iffley Lock. The bus fare is around £2.50.
