If you are driving from the center of Brecknockshire, head southeast on the A40 towards Abergavenny. Then, take the A465 towards Hirwaun/Brecon. After approximately 20 miles, merge onto the M4 towards Cardiff. Continue for about 30 miles, then take exit 18 for A46 toward Bath. Follow the A46 until you reach Bath, and then follow signs to the city center. The Roman Baths are located at Abbey Churchyard, Bath BA1 1LZ. There is parking available in nearby car parks, but you may incur parking fees, which typically range from £1.50 to £4.00 per hour.
