    If you are driving from Brecon, take the A470 south towards Cardiff. Continue on the A470 for about 30 miles until you reach the roundabout at the junction with the A48. Take the first exit onto the A48 towards Cardiff. Follow the A48 for approximately 6 miles. As you approach Cardiff, take the exit for the A4161 towards Cardiff City Centre. Follow the signs for the A4161, which will take you through the city center. When you reach the traffic lights at the junction with Cowbridge Road East, turn left. Continue straight for about 2 miles, and you will arrive at St. Fagans National Museum of History, located at CF5 6XB.

    To reach St. Fagans National Museum of History from Brecon using public transport, take the bus from Brecon to Cardiff Central Bus Station. Buses run frequently, and the journey will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Cardiff Central Bus Station, exit and walk to the Cardiff Central train station, which is adjacent to the bus station. From there, catch the Cardiff Local train towards Radyr and get off at the station called 'Canton'. After exiting the train, walk towards the bus stop for the 32 or 64 bus, which will take you directly to St. Fagans National Museum of History. The museum is a short walk from the bus stop.
