    From Waverley Station, exit and head towards the East Market Street. Catch the Lothian Bus number 35. Get off at the stop 'Lawnmarket' which is just a short walk from the castle. Walk up Lawnmarket street, then turn right on Castlehill to reach the castle entrance.
