If you are in the heart of Merchant City, start at the Merchant Square. Head northwest on Candleriggs Street towards the Trongate. Continue straight for about 0.2 miles until you reach the intersection with High Street. Turn left onto High Street and walk for another 0.1 miles. You will see Royal Exchange Square on your right, just after passing the Glasgow City Chambers.
