If you're traveling by car within the Isle of Harris, start from Tarbert, the main village. From Tarbert, head south on the A859 towards Leverburgh. Continue on the A859 for approximately 14 miles until you reach Leverburgh. Once in Leverburgh, turn left onto Obbe Road, and Borrisdale Tweed will be on your right. The drive takes about 20-25 minutes from Tarbert, and parking is available at the shop.

Once you arrive in Leverburgh, it’s about a 5-minute walk to Borrisdale Tweed. Upon exiting the bus, walk down the main road (A859) into Leverburgh, then turn left onto Obbe Road. Borrisdale Tweed will be a short distance ahead on your right. Note that bus fares may vary, so have some change ready.
