Car
If you are traveling by car, head towards the village of Tarbert, which is the main hub of Isle of Harris. From Tarbert, take the A859 road south towards Leverburgh. After approximately 16 miles, turn left onto the B8015 road towards Meavaig. Continue on this road for about 3 miles and you will see signs for the North Harris Eagle Observatory. The observatory is located at Glen, Meavaig, Isle of Harris HS3 3AW. There is no parking fee, but ensure to park in designated areas.

For those using public transportation, take the bus from Tarbert to Leverburgh. The local bus service runs several times a day. Upon reaching Leverburgh, you can either take a taxi to the North Harris Eagle Observatory or check if any local tours or shuttle services are available to take you to Meavaig.
