Follow the A851 for approximately 4 miles until you reach the junction with the B883 road. Turn left onto the B883 and continue for about 2 miles until you see signs for An Corran. There is a parking area nearby where you can leave your car.

If you prefer to use public transportation, take a bus from Portree to Uig. The bus service is operated by Stagecoach, and you can check their website for the latest schedule. Once you arrive in Uig, you will need to book a taxi to An Corran, as there is no direct public transport to the footprints site. The taxi ride from Uig to An Corran should take about 10-15 minutes, and you can expect to pay around £10-£15 for the journey.

If you're already nearby and enjoy walking, you can hike from the village of Staffin to An Corran. The distance is about 1.5 miles along the coastal path. Start at the Staffin Hotel and follow the path that leads to the coast. As you approach An Corran, the footprints will be visible along the rocky shoreline. Make sure to wear sturdy walking shoes, as the terrain can be uneven.
