If you're driving, head to Eskdale, Holmrook CA19 1TJ. From the A595, turn onto the B5385 following signs for Eskdale. After about 4 miles, you will reach the village of Eskdale Green. Continue past the village and follow the road until you see the car park for Stanley Ghyll Waterfall on your left. The car park may require a small fee, so be prepared with coins for parking.

To reach Stanley Ghyll Waterfall by public transport, take a train to Ravenglass station. From there, you can catch the 'La'al Ratty' steam train, which offers a scenic route to Eskdale. Get off at the Eskdale station. From the station, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 miles towards the waterfall. Follow the signs for Stanley Ghyll Waterfall, which will guide you through the beautiful landscapes of the area.
