Walking
If you're starting from Piccadilly Gardens, head north-west towards the A635(M) road. Walk along the A635(M) until you reach the junction with Portland Street. Take a left onto Portland Street and continue until you reach the intersection with Market Street. Turn right onto Market Street, and continue straight until you reach Exchange Square, which will be on your left. It’s approximately a 15-minute walk.

From Piccadilly Station, take the Metrolink tram towards Bury. Board the tram from the platform, and stay on for two stops. Get off at the 'Exchange Square' stop. Upon exiting the tram, you will be right at Exchange Square. The journey takes about 10 minutes.

If you are near St Peter's Square, catch any bus heading towards Market Street, such as the 42 or 143 routes. Get off at the 'Market Street' stop. From there, walk straight ahead to reach Exchange Square. The bus journey takes around 5-10 minutes depending on traffic.
