If you are in the city center, head to the nearest bus stop. You can take the bus number 135 from Piccadilly Gardens. The bus will take you towards Cheetham Hill. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the Cheetham Hill Road/Boyle Street stop. From there, walk down Boyle Street for about 5 minutes and you will reach the Museum of Transport on your right.

Take the Metrolink tram from Piccadilly Station towards Bury. Get off at the Crumpsall stop, which takes about 15 minutes. Once you exit the tram station, walk south on Crumpsall Lane until you reach the junction with Cheetham Hill Road. Turn left on Cheetham Hill Road and walk for about 10 minutes until you reach Boyle Street. The Museum of Transport will be on your left.

If you are near the city center, you can walk to the Museum of Transport. Head north on Corporation Street until you reach the junction with Cheetham Hill Road. Turn left onto Cheetham Hill Road and continue walking for approximately 20 minutes. When you reach Boyle Street, turn right, and the Museum of Transport will be on your right side.
