If you're driving from Nairn town center, head west on the A96 towards Inverness. After about 3 miles, take the exit onto the B9090 towards Cawdor. Continue on the B9090 for about 2 miles, and you will see signs for Cawdor Castle on your left. There is parking available on-site, which is free for visitors.

You can take a bus from Nairn to Cawdor. Head to the Nairn bus stop and catch the Stagecoach service number 11, which runs frequently throughout the day. The bus ride takes approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the Cawdor stop, and from there, Cawdor Castle is a short walk (about 0.5 miles) down the road. Follow the signs pointing towards Cawdor Castle. Please check the bus schedule for any changes in service times.
