If you're driving, head towards Haverfordwest, which is well-signposted from various locations in Pembrokeshire. From Haverfordwest, follow signs for the A40 towards Fishguard. After about 2 miles, take the exit for the B4329 towards Picton Castle. Continue on the B4329 for about 1 mile until you reach the entrance to Picton Castle on your left. There is parking available on-site, and it is free for visitors.

For those using public transport, take a train to Haverfordwest station from your nearest station. Once you arrive at Haverfordwest, you can catch the number 400 bus towards Fishguard. Ask the driver to stop at the nearest point to Picton Castle. The bus will drop you off at a stop along the B4329. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk along the road to the entrance of Picton Castle. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance for the latest departure times.
