If you are driving from Tenby, head south on the A478 and follow signs to Tenby. Once you reach Tenby, continue on the A4139 until you reach the coast. Turn onto the Esplanade, which will lead you along the beach. Look for parking near the North Beach area; there are several car parks available, such as the North Beach Car Park. Note that parking fees apply, usually around £2 to £5 depending on the duration of your stay. From the car park, you can walk towards the beach and follow the path that leads to St. Catherine's Island.
