• Car

  If you're driving from anywhere in Perthshire, head south on the A9 towards Stirling. Follow signs for the M80, which will lead you into Glasgow. Once in Glasgow, follow signs for the city centre. As you approach George Square, look for signs directing you to the G2 area. There are several car parks nearby, such as the Q-Park or NCP car parks, which charge around £2.50-£3.00 per hour.

• Public Transportation - Train

  To reach George Square via train, take a train from any station in Perthshire (such as Perth or Dunkeld) to Glasgow Queen Street Station. The journey typically takes around 30-50 minutes, depending on your starting point. Once you arrive at Queen Street, exit the station and walk down George Street for about 5-10 minutes until you reach George Square.

• Public Transportation - Bus

  Alternatively, you can take a bus from Perth to Glasgow. Several companies operate this route, including Stagecoach and Citylink. The journey usually takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Buses typically drop you off at Buchanan Bus Station. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to George Square. Just head east along Killermont Street, then turn left onto George Street.

• Walking from City Centre

  If you're already in Glasgow city centre, George Square is easily accessible on foot. From Buchanan Street, head south down to George Street, and you will see George Square ahead. It’s a pleasant walk, taking around 10 minutes.
