If you're driving, begin your journey by heading to Fort William. From Fort William, take the A82 southbound. After about 2.5 miles, turn onto the A830 towards Mallaig. Continue for approximately 5 miles until you reach the sign for Steall Waterfall. Turn left onto the Old Military Road (B8004). Park at the designated parking area. Note that parking may incur a small fee, usually around £2-£5 depending on the duration of your stay.

Take a bus from Fort William to the Nevis Range or Kinlochleven. Buses run regularly, and the fare is typically around £3-£5. Request to be dropped off at the nearest stop to Steall Waterfall. From the bus stop, walk along the Old Military Road (B8004) until you see signs for the Steall Waterfall trailhead. The walk from the bus stop to the trailhead is about 1 mile.

Hiking
Once you've parked your car or arrived by bus, begin your hike to Steall Waterfall. The trailhead is well marked and usually takes about 1-1.5 hours to reach the waterfall. The path can be uneven and includes some steep sections, so wear sturdy shoes and carry water. The hike is approximately 2.5 miles one way. Follow the river along the path, and enjoy the stunning scenery as you approach the waterfall.
