    If you are traveling by car, start your journey in Perthshire and head north on the A9 road towards Pitlochry. Continue on the A9 for approximately 25 miles (40 kilometers). Take the exit for A827 towards Pitlochry. After exiting, follow signs for the B8079 road. You will reach the Falls of Bruar car park after about 2 miles. Note that there is no charge for parking at the Falls of Bruar.

  • Public Transportation

    For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from Perth to Pitlochry. Bus services like Stagecoach operate routes from Perth to Pitlochry, and the journey takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at Pitlochry, you can either walk (approximately 2 miles) or take a local taxi to the Falls of Bruar. If you choose to walk, exit the bus station, take the A9 road heading north, and then follow the signs for B8079 which will lead you directly to the Falls of Bruar.

  • Walking

    If you are already in Pitlochry and prefer to walk to the Falls of Bruar, start at the Pitlochry town center. Head towards the A9 road and follow it north for about 0.5 miles until you reach the B8079. Turn left onto B8079 and follow this road for approximately 1.5 miles until you reach the Falls of Bruar. The walk offers beautiful views and should take around 30-40 minutes.
