Car
If you're travelling by car within Snowdonia National Park, first head towards the A5 road. From popular locations like Capel Curig, take the A5 eastbound. Follow the A5 for approximately 5 miles until you reach the junction with the A470. At this junction, turn left onto the A470 towards Betws-y-Coed. Continue for about 2 miles, and you will enter Betws-y-Coed. The Tourist Information Centre is located at Royal Oak Stables, LL24 0AH. Look for signs directing you to the centre. There are parking facilities nearby, but be aware that some may charge a fee, typically around £2-£3 for a few hours.

If you prefer public transport, check the local bus schedules. Buses from larger towns like Llanrwst and Conwy frequently run to Betws-y-Coed, typically operated by the 'Gwynedd' bus service. The journey takes about 30 minutes from Llanrwst and costs around £3-£5. Once you arrive at the Betws-y-Coed bus stop, it’s a short walk (about 5 minutes) to the Tourist Information Centre located at Royal Oak Stables. Follow the signs towards the village centre, and you will find the centre easily.

For those coming from further away, the nearest train station is in Betws-y-Coed itself. If you're travelling from Cardiff or Manchester, take a train to Llandudno Junction and transfer to a local train heading to Betws-y-Coed. The train journey takes approximately 2 hours from Llandudno Junction, costing around £15-£25 depending on the time of booking. Upon arrival at Betws-y-Coed station, the Tourist Information Centre is about a 10-minute walk. Exit the station, turn left, and follow the road until you see the signs for the Royal Oak Stables.
