If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Caernarfon. Take the A487 southbound and then merge onto the A4086. Continue on A4086 for about 3 miles. You will see signs for Dolbadarn Castle. The castle's car park is located right next to the monument itself. Parking is free.

Public Transport
If you are using public transportation, take a bus from Caernarfon to Llanberis. Bus services like the 'T2' typically run several times a day. Once you arrive in Llanberis, it is about a 30-minute walk to Dolbadarn Castle. Follow the signs towards the A4086 road, then take a left onto the A4086 and walk until you see the castle. Note that the walk is uphill, so be prepared for a bit of a trek.

For those already in Llanberis, you can walk to Dolbadarn Castle directly. Head towards the A4086 road and walk approximately 1.5 miles. The walk takes around 30 minutes. Follow the signs along the route. The castle will be visible from the road.
