Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the main town of Bangor. Head southwest on the A5 road towards Bethesda. Continue on the A5 for approximately 4 miles until you reach the junction for the A4244. Turn left onto the A4244 and follow the signs for Zip World Penrhyn Quarry. After about 1 mile, you will see the entrance to Penrhyn Quarry on your right. Parking is available on-site, but be aware that there may be a parking fee of around £3 for the day.

Public Transportation
For those using public transport, take a bus from Bangor to Bethesda. The bus service is operated by Arriva Cymru and runs frequently. Check the latest timetable; it typically takes around 20 minutes. Once you arrive in Bethesda, you can either walk (approximately 20 minutes) or take a taxi to Zip World Penrhyn Quarry. If walking, head southwest on the A5, then take a left onto the A4244, following the signs for Zip World. If you opt for a taxi, the fare should be around £10-£15.

Cycling to Zip World is a great option for the more adventurous. From Bangor, take the A5 road towards Bethesda. There are cycle paths along parts of this route. Once in Bethesda, continue on to the A4244 to reach Zip World. Be sure to wear a helmet and follow traffic regulations. If you do not have a bike, there are rental shops in Bangor.
