If you're traveling by car, start from Southend-on-Sea town center. Get onto the A127 from Victoria Avenue. Follow the A127 until you reach the junction with the A13. Take the A13 towards Grays. After approximately 8 miles, merge onto the M25. Continue on the M25 and take the exit for the A2 towards Canterbury. Follow signs for the A249 and then take the exit for the A250 towards Sheerness. Once you're on the A250, follow the signs to Sheerness. Upon entering Sheerness, follow Marine Parade until you reach Barton's Point Coastal Park. Parking is available nearby, but check for any parking fees.

To reach Barton's Point Coastal Park using public transport, start by taking a train from Southend Central Station to Sheerness-on-Sea. This journey typically requires a change at either London Victoria or Sittingbourne, depending on the time of day. Once you arrive at Sheerness-on-Sea station, exit and take bus number 334 towards Minster. Get off at the stop nearest to Marine Parade. From there, it’s a short walk to Barton's Point Coastal Park. Be sure to check the bus schedule as services may vary.

If you prefer to walk from Sheerness-on-Sea station after taking the train, it’s about a 30-minute walk to Barton's Point Coastal Park. Exit the station and head towards the coast, following the signs for Marine Parade. Walk along Marine Parade until you reach the park.
