Merge onto the M25 in a clockwise direction and exit at Junction 5 for the A21 towards Sevenoaks. Follow the A21 until you reach the A25 exit towards Sevenoaks. Continue on the A25 until you reach the roundabout and take the first exit onto Mote Road. Continue on Mote Road, and Ightham Mote will be on your left.

At Fenchurch Street, transfer to the London Underground and take the District Line to Victoria Station. From Victoria Station, take the Southeastern train towards Sevenoaks. Get off at Sevenoaks station. From Sevenoaks station, you can take a taxi or a local bus towards Ivy Hatch. If taking a bus, look for the bus service that stops at Mote Road. Ightham Mote is a short walk from the bus stop.
