If you're traveling by car, begin your journey in one of the main towns in The Cotswolds, such as Cheltenham or Cirencester. From Cheltenham, take the A435 towards Evesham. After approximately 5 miles, turn right onto the B4632 towards Hailes. Follow the B4632 for about 2 miles, and you will see signs for Hailes Abbey as you approach Hailes village. The abbey is located at Hailes, Cheltenham GL54 5PB, and there is a dedicated parking area available on-site. Please note that parking may incur a small fee, so have some change ready.

Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, start by taking a train to Cheltenham Spa station. From there, you can catch a local bus (number 606, heading towards Winchcombe) from the Promenade bus stop. The bus will take you to the Hailes Abbey stop, which is approximately 1 mile from the abbey itself. After getting off, you can either walk the remaining distance, which should take about 20 minutes along a scenic route, or check if local taxis are available for hire from the bus stop.

For those already staying nearby, Hailes Abbey can be reached on foot from Winchcombe, which is about 1.5 miles away. Simply head south on the B4632, and follow the signs for Hailes Abbey. The walk is pleasant and takes approximately 30 minutes. Ensure you wear comfortable shoes as the path may be uneven in parts.
