Walking
If you are in the city center, head north on High Ousegate towards the Ouse Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight onto Bootham. Continue on Bootham for about 10 minutes until you reach the Multangular Tower, which will be on your left. Look for the sign for York Museum Gardens, as the tower is located within the gardens.

From the city center, you can take the number 1 or 5 bus towards the 'Museum Gardens' stop. Board the bus at any of the bus stops along St. Sampsons Square or Piccadilly. The journey will take about 5-10 minutes. Once you arrive at the Museum Gardens stop, exit the bus and walk into the gardens; the Multangular Tower is easily visible within the grounds.

Bicycle
If you have rented a bike, head towards the River Ouse. Follow the riverside path north until you reach the Ouse Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight onto Bootham. The journey should take about 10 minutes. The Multangular Tower will be on your left as you approach the York Museum Gardens.
