As you approach Punta del Este, continue straight until you reach the junction with Avenida Gorlero. Follow signs to the city center which will lead you toward Puerto de Punta del Este. Parking is available nearby but may incur a fee, especially during peak season.

For public transportation, catch a bus from central locations like Durazno or Tacuarembó that travels directly to Punta del Este. The bus company 'COT' offers several routes.
