Walking
If you are in the historic center of Colonia del Sacramento, start at Plaza Mayor. From the plaza, head south on Calle de los Suspiros. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Calle Manuel Lobo. Turn left onto Calle Manuel Lobo. Keep walking straight for about 5 minutes, and you will find Puerta de la Ciudadela on your right at Manuel de Lobo 242.

From the Colonia del Sacramento port area or any rental bicycle station, head towards the historic district. Ride along Rambla de las Americas towards the west. Turn left onto Calle de los Suspiros and continue until you reach Calle Manuel Lobo. Turn left again on Calle Manuel Lobo, and after a short ride, Puerta de la Ciudadela will be on your right at 242.
