Once you arrive at the Punta del Este bus terminal, exit the terminal and walk straight down Avenida Gorlero.

After exiting the Punta del Este bus terminal, continue walking down Avenida Gorlero until you reach the intersection with Calle 31. Turn right onto Calle 31 and walk until you reach the coastline. Continue walking along the beach promenade (La Rambla) towards the direction of Playa Brava. The Bronze Bull Naked Woman sculpture is located along this promenade, so keep walking until you see the iconic statue on the beach.
