Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from the central area of Punta del Este, head east towards the coastline. Walk along Avenida Gorlero, the main street lined with shops and restaurants. Continue straight until you reach the beach, then turn left and walk along the beach promenade. Follow the promenade for about 20 minutes until you reach Playa La Brava. At the end of the beach, continue walking along the coastal road until you see the signs for La Pastora Pier, which is located at the coordinates 23X5+65X.

Public Bus
From the central bus terminal in Punta del Este, take a bus heading towards La Barra. Make sure to ask the driver or check the route map for stops that include La Pastora. Once you arrive at the stop closest to La Pastora Pier, disembark and walk approximately 10 minutes towards the beach. Look for signs directing you to the pier area.

Bicycle Rental
Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops around Avenida Gorlero. Once you have your bike, head east towards the coast and follow the bike paths along the beach. Cycle along Playa La Brava, and continue until you reach the end of the beach. From there, follow the signs leading to La Pastora Pier, which is about a 15-minute bike ride from the central area.
