Car
If you are driving, start from the Arches National Park Visitor Center located at 2282 S. Highway 191, Moab, UT 84532. Head north on Highway 191 and continue for about 5 miles. Once you reach the park entrance, pay the entrance fee (currently $30 per vehicle, valid for 7 days). Follow the main park road and look for the signs directing you to the Windows Section. Park in the designated parking area for the Windows Section.
Hiking
From the Windows parking area, take the trail that leads towards the North Window. After viewing the North Window, continue on the trail towards the South Window. Just beyond the South Window, you will find a lesser-used trail that leads to Pothole Arch. This section may not be as well-marked, so keep an eye out for rock cairns that indicate the route. The hike to Pothole Arch is about 1.5 miles round trip and may take approximately 1-2 hours, depending on your pace.
Public Transportation
Currently, public transportation options to Arches National Park are limited. If you are using a shuttle service or tour company from Moab, confirm that they provide access to the Windows Section of the park. Upon arrival at the Windows parking area, follow the hiking instructions above to reach Pothole Arch. Ensure you check the shuttle schedules in advance, as they may vary.
