If you're starting from the Moab Visitor Center (address: 25 E Center St, Moab, UT 84532), head east on Center Street toward 100 E. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Main Street. Turn left onto Main Street and walk north for about 0.5 miles. You will see the signs for the Arches National Park entrance. From the entrance, continue on the park road until you reach the parking area for the Eye of the Whale Arch. The Arch is a short hike from the parking area.

If you are renting a bike in Moab, start at the Moab Bike Shop (address: 100 S Main St, Moab, UT 84532). Head south on Main Street and take a right onto 300 S. Follow this road until it merges into the Arches National Park road. Continue on this scenic route until you reach the Eye of the Whale Arch parking area. Please note that biking through Arches National Park requires a special permit.
