Walking
Starting from the center of Mt. Carmel, head south on US-89. As you walk, enjoy the scenic views of the surrounding landscape. After approximately 1 mile, look for the entrance to the Belly of the Beast Trail on your right. This trail will take you closer to the Twin Hollows Campground. Follow the trail for about 2 miles until you reach a fork. Take the left path, which leads directly to Twin Hollows Campground.
Biking
If you have a bicycle, begin at the Mt. Carmel town center and ride south on US-89 for about 1 mile. You will see the entrance to the Belly of the Beast Trail on your right. Take this trail and bike for about 2 miles until you reach a fork. At the fork, take the left path to reach Twin Hollows Campground. Make sure to wear a helmet and be cautious of other hikers on the trail.
Hiking
For those looking for a more immersive experience, start at the Mt. Carmel town center and hike south on US-89. After 1 mile, you will see the Belly of the Beast Trail entrance on your right. Take this trail and hike for approximately 2 miles. When you reach a fork, take the left path to get to Twin Hollows Campground.
