Continue on US-191 South for approximately 30 miles until you reach the junction with UT-24. Turn left onto UT-24 East and continue for about 20 miles. Look for signs indicating the San Rafael Swell area. Once you enter the area, follow the signs to Ghost Rock View Area, which is located off a dirt road. Be prepared for possible unpaved conditions; a high-clearance vehicle is recommended.
