From the main entrance of Itchan Kala, head north towards the Tash Khauli Palace. Once you reach the palace, continue walking straight along the main avenue. After about 300 meters, you will see the Pahlavan Mahmoud Mausoleum on your right. The mausoleum is easily recognizable by its distinctive blue dome.

If you are near the Kalta Minor Minaret, walk south towards the Ark of Khiva. From the Ark, proceed east on Islam Hakim Street. After approximately 400 meters, turn left onto the avenue that leads directly to the Pahlavan Mahmoud Mausoleum. It should be about a 5-minute walk.
