If you are starting from Registan Square, head east on Tashkent Road (Tashkent ko'chasi) for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Khudzhum Street (Ulitsa Khudzhumskaya). Turn left onto Khudzhum Street and continue straight for approximately 500 meters. The Gumbaz Synagogue will be on your right, at the address MX5P+9W8, Ulitsa Khudzhumskaya.

From Shah-i-Zinda, walk south along the main road, heading towards the city center. Continue for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Khudzhum Street (Ulitsa Khudzhumskaya). Walk straight for around 700 meters, and you will find Gumbaz Synagogue on your left.

If you are at the Bibi-Khanym Mosque, exit the mosque grounds and head west towards the Bibi-Khanym Bazaar. Keep walking straight until you reach the main road. Cross the road and continue straight for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach Khudzhum Street (Ulitsa Khudzhumskaya). Turn right and walk for another 300 meters. The Gumbaz Synagogue will be on your right.
