Once at St. Peter's Square, exit through the square towards the right side, heading towards Via del Teatro di Marcello. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Via del Teatro di Marcello. Turn left onto Via del Teatro di Marcello, and San Nicola in Carcere will be on your left at number 46.

From the Apostolic Palace, walk to the nearest bus stop at Piazza San Pietro. Take bus number 64 towards Stazione Termini. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the stop 'Via dei Fori Imperiali/Colosseo'. From there, walk towards Via del Teatro di Marcello by heading northwest on Via dei Fori Imperiali. Continue until you reach the intersection with Via del Teatro di Marcello, then turn left. San Nicola in Carcere will be on your left at number 46.
