If you are starting from the Colosseum, head northwest on Via di Villa Peretti towards Via dei Fori Imperiali. Continue straight until you reach Piazza Venezia. From there, take Via del Corso and then turn left onto Via di San Lorenzo in Lucina. Continue until you reach the intersection with Via del Velabro. Turn right onto Via del Velabro, and the Arch of Janus will be on your right at number 5.

Public Transport - Bus
If you are near the Trevi Fountain, walk to the nearest bus stop, 'Trevi/Fontana', and take bus number 62 towards 'Piazza dei Cinquecento'. After 5 stops, get off at 'Largo di Torre Argentina'. From there, walk towards Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, then take a left onto Via del Velabro. The Arch of Janus is located at number 5, just a short walk down the street.

From the Pantheon, head south on Piazza della Rotonda towards Via di Santa Maria in Via. Continue straight onto Via di San Lorenzo in Lucina. Turn right onto Via del Velabro, and you will find the Arch of Janus at number 5 on your left.

If you are near the Spanish Steps, walk to the Spagna metro station and take Line A towards 'Battistini'. Get off at 'Termini' station and transfer to Line B towards 'Laurentina'. Get off at 'Cavour' station. From Cavour, walk towards Via dei Fori Imperiali, then head to Piazza Venezia. Continue as per the walking directions to reach the Arch of Janus at Via del Velabro, 5.
