Continue straight along Via della Conciliazione until you reach the end of the street. You will find yourself at the Tiber River. Turn left and follow the riverbank until you reach the bridge. Cross the bridge and follow the road leading to the entrance of Vatican City. Once inside Vatican City, continue walking straight until you reach Via Sant'Anna. Turn right on Via Sant'Anna and follow the road for a short distance. Porta San Pellegrino will be on your left, located at the coordinates WF34+9V2.
