Walking
From the entrance of Vatican Necropolis, head towards the main exit towards St. Peter's Basilica. As you exit, you will find yourself in the large open area outside the Basilica. Walk straight ahead until you reach the grand staircase leading up to St. Peter's Basilica. At the top of the stairs, you'll be in Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square). From there, turn left and walk along the left side of the square until you reach the next intersection. Continue straight, and you will see Piazza Papa Pio XII directly ahead. The entire walk should take about 10-15 minutes.

From the nearest bus stop at the Vatican Museums (Piazza del Risorgimento), take bus number 81 towards 'Stazione Termini'. After a short ride, get off at the stop 'Piazza Papa Pio XII'. The bus ride takes approximately 5 minutes, and you will be just steps away from your destination.
