Walking
From the Gregorian Etruscan Museum, exit the museum and head southeast towards Viale Vaticano. Continue straight for about 400 meters until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Turn left onto Via di Porta Angelica and continue walking for another 300 meters. At the end of the street, you will see the Ancient Church of Saint Mary on your right.

From the Gregorian Etruscan Museum, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Viale Vaticano. Take bus number 81 or 982, and get off at the 'Piazza San Pietro' stop. From there, walk down Via della Conciliazione for about 500 meters, then turn left onto Via di Porta Angelica. Continue straight for 100 meters, and you will see the Ancient Church of Saint Mary on your right.
