Exit the Sistine Chapel and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once you are outside, turn left and walk along Viale Vaticano. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Cross the street and continue straight on Via di Porta Angelica until you reach the entrance to St. Peter's Basilica. From there, you will follow the signs towards the Colosseum. Walk towards Piazza San Pietro, then take a right onto Via della Conciliazione. Follow this road until you reach the Tiber River, then cross the river using the Ponte Sant'Angelo. Continue straight on Via di San Giovanni in Laterano until you reach the Colosseum area, and then follow the signs to Palatine Hill located at Orti Farnesiani sul Palatino.

From the Sistine Chapel, exit and enter the Vatican Museums. Follow the signs to the exit of the museums, which will lead you to Viale Vaticano. Once outside, turn right and walk along Viale Vaticano. Continue straight until you reach the entrance of the Colosseum area. As you enter the Colosseum area, you will see the signs directing you to Palatine Hill. Follow these signs until you reach Orti Farnesiani sul Palatino.
